8. Lutz Kirchhof 's recording of Bach´s lute works claims to present them in the original keys. Two of the suites, E major & e minor are played on a theorbo, the rest on a lute. I like the recording because of the intimate, almost naked, near-to-the-ear sound of the instruments (in heretic words: very HIP).
